Tom O’Neill is a founding partner of ONeillOricoli Corporation. Mr. O’Neill has over 45 years of financial service experience. Mr. O’Neill is Vice Chairman at Incapital, advising the firm’s capital markets group and financial institutions group on all aspects of their businesses. He is the well-known co-founder of investment banking and brokerage firm Sandler O’Neill & Partners, where he spent 22 years. Mr. O’Neill advised bank and thrift clients on strategic transactions and financings. Mr. O’Neill began his Wall Street career at L.F. Rothschild & Co. in 1972, where he specialized in working with financial institutions. In 1984, he was appointed Managing Director of Rothschild’s Bank Service Group. Mr. O’Neill joined the late Herman Sandler in Bear Stearns’ Financial Services Group in 1985, and served as a Managing Director and Co-Manager of the Group until co-founding Sandler O’Neill in 1988. Most recently, he was the co-chief executive officer of The Kimberlite Group, which he co-founded in 2013. Mr. O’Neill currently serves on the board of Bank Financial, a bank holding company based in Chicago. Tom is an investment banking industry pioneer with over three decades of unmatched experience serving the needs of banks and other financial institutions.

Joe Oricoli is a founding partner of ONeillOricoli Corporation. He is a wall street veteran with more than 40 years of experience in all facets of the global capital markets with deep expertise across origination , sales and trading of fixed-income and derivative products. He joined Stifel Financial in 2019 as part of its acquisition of First Empire, where he served on the Board of Directors and held senior management positions at several of its affiliates, namely as President of First Empire Asset Management , a multi billion dollar SEC investment advisor and manager of LPC Services, a non-regulated entity which transacted more than $10 Billion of whole loan transactions since 2005. Prior to joining First Empire, he was integral in growing out significant businesses for Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, CS First Boston, Lehman Brothers, serving as a management committee member of Debt Capital Markets and capital commitment during his tenure. He was also a founding partner of Fore Partners Capital, an independent asset management company and Strategic Investment Management, a multibillion dollar global hedge fund. During his 40+ year career as a senior executive, Joe helped establish Lehman Brothers as a recognized dealer with the Federal Reserve and managed the government trading desk. At that time he also developed a market in the US for short term foreign securities. Joe played a critical role in Morgan Stanley's emergence in the global money market sector. He also directed CS First Boston's resurgence in the global market during the 1990s, then representing more than 850 proprietary clients with $900 billion in annual volume.

Thomas Waldron is the Vice President at ONeillOricoli Corporation. Mr. Waldron holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Historical Studies from The Empire State College in New York. While planning his pursuit of a Masters degree in Business Administration, Mr. Waldron is extremely knowledgeable in current economic trends. He conducts research and reviews financial information as well as market trends. He creates and implements financial models to review deals and determine profitability. Thomas has been instrumental on various domestic and international real estate, tourism and hospitality, healthcare and renewable energy/sustainability transactions ranging from $15 million to $250 million, with strong understanding of the sectors. Thomas began his career under the guidance of Tom O’Neill and Joe Oricoli. He has assisted on past and current projects of ONeillOricoli and continues to further his career under the leadership of the two financial veterans. Thomas currently holds FINRA SIE and Series 7 licenses.
